Al-Haj Mohammad Yahya is a Member of the Board of Directors of Islami Commercial Insurance PLC. He is the son of Haji Nabi Hossain and comes from an aristocratic Muslim family in Chittagong. He is involved in versatile business houses in Banking, Insurance, Cement and Trading. He was the Director of Al- Arafah Islami Bank PLC, He is the owner of Sea Pearl Cox’s Bazar Beach Resort. He is a widely travelled person and visited many countries of the world in connection with business, development and promotion.
